PROJECT REBUILD

PREVIOUS TENANTS

Chrysalis

Failed attempts at beauty and stating.
Appearance is what defines me as a being

How may I fit myself into the equation?

Though I was never good at math
I was never really good at being anything.

How much would I have to change
and into whom? What can I do?
How may we state the look
of others? How can I make myself less
unwanted? In the room but only unnoticed.
Grace of a shadow, as I am run over.

All that glitters stuck in the surface.
How I look is what is reflected
Fat burned into better becomes
Am I any closer? To being like them?
